FenestrationCanadaforstoryJuly 21, 2014 – Fenestration Canada has announced changes to the executive serving the association for 2014-15. Al Dueck, president of Duxton Windows and Doors has resigned effective July 15.

“The past 2 ½ years have been an excellent experience, working and getting acquainted with a group of very dedicated professionals within the industry. However, I have become aware that I need to find a better balance between immediate family and a young, growing business. It has been my special pleasure to participate in the creation of our own Ottawa office. Robert Rivard, executive director, and his team have made a significant impact and did an excellent job organizing the AGM in Winnipeg. I intend to make ongoing efforts to continue to give back through continued involvement as the importance of the Fenestration Canada continues to grow.”

“Al’s dedication and persistent support of the association as an officer will be missed” says Skip MacLean of Tru Tech Doors, Fenestration Canada president. “We wish him well in his future endeavors as he focusses on family and business issues”.

Continuing to serve on the executive are: Allan Doyle of Global Windows and Doors, second vice-president; and Kevin Pelley of Kohltech International, Treasurer.
