P.H. Tech acquired by private equity

Aug. 9, 2018 – BDG & Partners, a privately held Canadian fund, with its head office in Montreal, and Caroline Dallaire, have announced acquisition of P . H . Tech and its subsidiaries as of August 1, 2018.

The current management team remains in place and all the production sites will keep operating the same as before the acquisition.
