The acquisition is complete and effective as of May 31/2021. All employees of ALLSCO and Alweather are retained in the transaction. “I am excited about our expansion into the Maritimes and to welcome all team members of ALLSCO and Alweather to our group as we create a truly unique national presence,” said Stephen Segal, CEO of The Glass 8 Group. “We are pleased to join The Glass 8 Group and to continue to service our valued customer base while adding a broad range of new products to commercial and residential customers,” said Grant Baldwin, Vice President and General Manager of ALLSCO and Alweather. “Our current markets are very
strong and this collaboration will increase our product reach while building additional manufacturing and
installation capacity in the Maritimes.”
Segal adds that no changes to brands, staffing or distribution are contemplated at this time. The acquisition adds 175 employees to Glass 8 Group.
