Intergenerational Transfer at President Doors and Windows

The founders of President Doors and Windows Inc., Christiane Parent and Yvan Houle, have announced a transaction ensuring the succession of the business and fostering its expansion. Marie-Pier Houle, Director of Administrative Services, and Marc-André Villemure, Director of Operations, both members of the founding family, and Benoit Dubord, a dynamic entrepreneur who will take-over the executive functions of Mr. Houle, become co-owners. Mr. Houle will keep an active role to ensure a smooth transition.
