Lakevold, Wiebe, appointed co-CEOs at All Weather

All Weather Windows has announced the appointment of Jillene Lakevold and Colin Wiebe as Co-Chief Executive Officers in a LinkedIn post. the company said Wiebe and Lakevold’s complementary skill set, expertise, and passion will help drive business forward and continue to deliver the exceptional products and services.

Colin Wiebe has been with All Weather since 2012 serving in various leadership positions including Director of Builder Channel Sales and most recently Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  He has a deep understanding of our industry and has been instrumental in implementing innovative strategies to drive growth with the organization.

Jillene Lakevold has been with All Weather since 2005 and her leadership has been critical in helping shape its operational landscape in many areas. Not one to back down from a challenge, Lakevold brings experience from her roles as the Director of Commercial and most recently Vice President of Manufacturing.

As Co-CEO’s, Lakevold and Wiebe will work closely together to drive strategic vision forward and foster a culture of transparency, accountability and collaboration to deliver exceptional value to customers and stakeholders.
