Oct. 20, 2015 – Roto Frank AG, the parent company of Roto Frank of America, Inc. and Roto Fasco Canada, has taken another step forward in its expansion of its global window and door technology market with the acquisition of the Deventer Group, a global building materials supplier, effective January 2016.
The acquisition will include the German company with its founding site in Berlin-Spandau, as well as independent companies in the Netherlands, Poland and Russia. noted Dr. Eckhard Keill, chairman of the Roto Frank AG board of directors.
As one of the leading specialists in sealing profiles manufactured from TPE (thermoplastic polymers) for windows, doors, gates, frames and glazing, Deventer is ideally suited to complement the Roto AG product portfolio. The company employs approximately 160 people and there are no plans to cut any positions as a result of the acquisition. Deventer is firmly established in the industry and is renowned for its high quality, innovation and performance level.
