The Nextrusions plant is located in Anjou, QC., with 18 extrusion lines and nearly 100 employees.
As part of the transaction Thermoplast and Vision signed a Supply, Service and Technology agreement.
Martin Boulanger, partner and VP finance and marketing, stated: “This transaction is entirely in line with our objective of always remain alert and continue to seek for growth opportunities. It ensures that we will remain a highly competitive company for years to come.”
Jean Marois, partner and VP sales and engineering, added: “We are now better equipped to maintain and expand our leading position in the Quebec and Maritimes market and to continue to develop and offer innovative, high-quality products and a superior customer experience.”
