March 17, 2016 – The chairmanship of JRC Machinery Inc. is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Guillaume Cloutier as general manager. Having earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Cloutier has 11 years of experience in management in service companies, including three years as general manager and two years as president. Guillaume is known for his leadership and is particularly appreciated for his social skills.

Since his arrival on February 22nd, Cloutier’s primary mandate has beento manage the company’s sales force in connection with its global growth strategy. The supply of services to the sales transaction to the technical support, through the after-sales support, Cloutier ensures the excellence of the customer experience. In his new role also lead to ensure growth in business volume and the company’s import and export in order to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives. He finally ensure the continuous improvement of ways, to ensure that JRC Machineries inc. is always at the forefront of the evolving needs of its customers.
