Fenestra Advantage event delivers extra value

The Fenestra buying group held its annual Advantage education and networking conference Feb. 14 and 15 at the Westin in Toronto. The program included “speed dating” mornings where manufacturer members moved table to table for 15-minute conversations with suppliers or toured the nearby Tremco facility. Then attendees gathered for interactive education sessions. Terry Adamson of Fenestration Canada addressed the different codes and standards that “residential” fabricators deal with versus “commercial” glaziers, then joined a panel with Dallas Paquette of Everlast and Claudio Sacilotto and Tony Margiotta of Novatech to discuss the different sectors of the fenestration business at length. One Day 2, Pier-Luc Bordeleau of Happy Culture tackled creating a company culture that helps retain employees.
