  1. Very good session Patrick. Plenty of information, and an eye opener to manufacturers sitting on the sidelines. In BC we are already seeing jurisdictions looking at Step 4 next year. Point being this will not take 10 years to get to these targets as jurisdictions push forward quicker than the “plan”. Manufacturers need to get to it and raise their game in product development.
