OAA opens call for presenters for continuing education webinar series

The Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) is calling for presenters to join its esteemed lineup for the Spring 2024 Continuing Education Webinar Series.

Professionals are invited to contribute their expertise on a broad range of topics pertinent to the architectural field, with a special focus on Climate Action and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase expertise on a broad range of topics related to the architecture field, including Climate Action and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

Interested individuals are encouraged to review the Speaker Handbook available on the OAA website and submit proposals via the Association’s online form before Monday, April 22. Selected speakers will receive an honorarium in the form of a cheque for their participation.

The live webinar sessions take place weekly on Thursdays, from 11:00 am to 12:30pm, and feature closed captioning to ensure accessibility for all attendees. The current lineup of webinar sessions can be viewed here.

This comprehensive virtual learning initiative underscores the Association’s commitment to fostering knowledge and skill development of its members while upholding the highest standards of practice to safeguard public interests. The current cycle concludes on June 30, 2024.
