Vaughan, Ont.,-based screen supplier Screenco has successfully acquired the assets of Screens of Mass Construction and Quality Screen Company, with locations in Dallas, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada. The Screenco Group of Companies has been in business for over 40 years, with locations across Canada and the Midwest United States. This strategic move has now grown the company to seven locations across North America. It is being called a significant step forward in its commitment to providing enhanced products and services to customers and partners. With this acquisition, Screenco gains access to expanded manufacturing capabilities, and a wider product portfolio. Company president, Jennifre Small, expresses confidence that this integration will strengthen Screenco’s position in the market and allow it to better meet the evolving needs of customers including an enhanced product offering; improved efficiency in delivery; and continued dedication to quality and innovation.
