The Loewen Board of Directors welcomed Neil Fast as the company’s new President and CEO on Nov. 24.
We are excited to announce Neil Fast will be joining Loewen as President and CEO in January 2023. Neil is a native of Winnipeg
with extensive experience in the building products space, and a proven track record of leading high quality organizations to
In roles including President, Vice-President and General Manager with the Brock White organization, Neil delivered outstanding
results in both the Canadian and US markets. As Regional Vice-President, Neil led White Cap Supply Canada through the
challenges of Covid while strengthening the organization.
Neil lives in Winnipeg with his family. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Asper School at the University of Manitoba,
and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. We will be introducing Neil to customers,
dealers, staff, the industry, and our communities more extensively in coming months.
We’d also like to express deep appreciation to Al Babiuk, who will be retiring from the role of President and CEO on December
31st. Al led Loewen through some of the most tumultuous and challenging times in the Company’s history. He leaves the
organization with an outstanding team including the highest quality of distribution and supply partners in the industry. He also
leaves Loewen positioned for continued opportunities for success within our unique market position.

Bill Holt also joined Loewen as the company’s vice-president of sales and customer experience.
Loewen is pleased to announce Bill Holt will be joining the Company as Vice President, Sales & Customer Experience in
December, 2022. Bill will report to Steve Donner – Senior Vice President, Sales & Customer Experience.
Bill has almost 30 years’ experience in the industry, including time with JELD-WEN and other window and door manufacturers.
Bill’s roles included Territory Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Vice-President Sales. He has led directors, sales
teams, and architectural consultants to drive sales and develop many long-term business relationships. Bill has a bachelor’s
degree in Management from Pacific University in Oregon.

dealer network,” says Steve Donner, “We will be introducing Bill to customers, dealers, staff, the industry, and our communities
more extensively in coming months.”
Tyler Sampson and Andrew Kelly step into regional sales manager roles at the company.
As we continue executing our strategic plans, we are also pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Sampson and Andrew
Kelly from Territory Managers to Regional Sales Managers for the East and West U.S. regions. Both have proven themselves as
strong leaders and representatives of Loewen as they support their dealers.
Tyler has over 6 years’ experience with Loewen in the role of Northeastern Territory Manager, he has worked previously as a
project manager for a general contractor and with Pella. Andrew has over 18 months’ experience with Loewen in the role of
Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico Territory Manager, he came to Loewen with 10 years’ experience with Andersen.
Tyler and Andrew will assume their new duties on January 1st, 2023, and will begin supporting our strong team of Territory
Managers as well as working with the current management team on 2023 dealer programing.
