ODL sells online commerce platform

ODL, a door and insulated glass supplier, and Pease Doors, a distributor of building products for both professionals and homeowners, have announced they have entered into an agreement for Pease Doors to acquire Zabitat, an ODL subsidiary.  Zabitat offers online direct-to-consumer building materials sales.

“This acquisition helps position Pease Doors as the preeminent direct-to-consumer building materials source for the DIYer looking for high-quality products, reasonably priced, with best-in-class customer service.  We look forward to continuing Zabitat’s commitment to customer service while expanding our reach into new segments and products,” said David Pease, co-president of Pease Doors.
