As the Director of Commercial Manufacturing for North America at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Billy is one of the foremost speakers and teachers of strategy deployment and performance stratification – enabling the principles of people engagement, empowerment and ownership.
As leader for Goodyear’s North American tire operations, including engineering, capital investments and supply chain execution he is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering best in class product service and enabling high-value business growth via product quality.
